Pre-delivery inspection system that follows every vehicle from the production line through checklist inspection, repair loops and dispatch — with a report at each stage.
An internal system that replaces paper pre-delivery inspection with a tracked digital workflow, so no vehicle reaches a showroom without passing every check.
How a vehicle moves through it
- Production adds the vehicle and its data to the system.
- Inspection — the inspector works through a digital PDI checklist.
- Pass → the vehicle is marked ready for dispatch. The dispatch team dispatches it and the system generates the dispatch report.
- Fail → the recorded faults go back to the production team as a repair notification. Once repaired, the vehicle is sent for re-PDI and runs through the checklist again.
A PDI report is produced for every inspection, so each vehicle carries a record of what was checked, what failed, and what was done about it.
